1. Digital Products and Final Sales
All products provided by Computer Skills for Africa (CS4A) are intangible, digital curriculum resources. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they are accessed, all sales are considered final. Once your payment is successfully processed and your download credentials or access links are generated, we cannot process cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.
2. Statutory Rights and Digital Content
While we are fully committed to providing high-quality educational materials, the standard return policies associated with physical goods do not apply to virtual downloads. By completing your online order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and that the right to a refund is waived once the credentials have been issued or the download process has commenced.
3. Technical Issues and Troubleshooting
We want to ensure your curriculum works exactly as intended. While refunds are not available, we will gladly assist with technical errors originating from our platform:
- Corrupted Files: If a file is unreadable or incomplete due to a server error on our end, we will provide a healthy replacement file.
- Internet Connectivity: Refunds will not be issued for an inability to download the curriculum due to inadequate internet bandwidth, data limits, or connectivity issues at your site.
- Software Requirements: It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure their devices have the necessary baseline software (such as PDF readers) to view the files prior to purchase.
