Grade 4 – 1 Year Subscription

Description

There are 80 activities for Grade 4 learners, divided into four units, one per term.

Students in Grades R–3 build foundational coding skills using Scratch, then transition smoothly to mBlock in Grade 4. Because both platforms use block-based coding, the transition is seamless—allowing learners to easily connect their code to physical robots.

Benjamin Franklin and the Wright brothers form a suitable background and add dimension to computer lessons. Learners can now use ‘if, then, else’ statements as they code an interactive math game and when they direct a plane to fly on autopilot.

Celebrate Earth Day, talk about cities, trains and bridges as they work in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, sometimes switching between worksheets or documents or adding transition effects between slides.

Inkscape raises the bar for digital graphics instruction—learners master techniques like mirroring, grouping and ungrouping objects, even manipulating Bézier curves. They also create dynamic vector illustrations, such as depicting the water cycle or fireworks.
