Networking Evening 23 April
If change is as good as a holiday we never work.
At CS4A change is continuously with us, whether it is in technology, syllabi, sales strategy, or the team. Whether we go with it or in fact instigate it, either way we embrace it!
The Networking Evening on 23 April showed us that many new avenues need to be explored. Many new strategies can help us to attain our objectives. Yes, we want to do computer training; yes, there is a recession and money is tight; but yes, there are funds available and these should be put to good use. We went the extra mile to find out exactly how!
Flick Asvat had everyone in the palm of her hand when she made it seem so simple and obvious that one can not sell Japanese shoes to Germans or vice versa. Sell to the Germans what the Germans like to buy and how they like to buy it! Flick will be working closely with CS4A and together we will help local business to take advantage of the present socio-economic climate! Watch this space!
Charmaine Koch showed us that she has all her ducks in a row as far as SDF services is concerned and exactly how a business can claim back money spent on training. Please feel free to mail us if you are interested to make use of this new service!
Forgive me if I go philosophical on this one. There is a time between dawn and sunrise in which we have the stillness of the night and the promise of the day at the same time. Yesterday we thought we knew what we were doing. Today we realize that things are different, and that we haven’t been looking at all opportunities. So we will be incorporating new parameters into our operation, adding value to both our customers and our company. On the horizon at the moment lies a big red sun.
