An ICDL bursary is available for an individual within Newcastle.
ICDL is the world’s leading end user computer skills certification programme and is an internationally recognized qualification
There are 4 modules included in the bursary :
• Word Processing
Use of a word processing application to accomplish everyday tasks associated with creating, formatting, and finishing small-sized word processing documents, such as letters and other everyday documents.
Understand the concept of spreadsheets and demonstrate an ability to use a spreadsheet to produce accurate work outputs.
• Using Databases
Understand the concept of a database and demonstrate competence in using a database.
Understand the concept of presentations and to demonstrate competence in using presentation software.Those that want to apply for the bursary need to email a motivational letter, explaining why they should be chosen for the bursary and Send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
