Can I make a copy of the books / pages?
You may print the books and pages only for use on the school’s premises. The material is protected under common copyright law.

The computer teacher left/is leaving, what must we do?
The licence is issued to the school, not the teacher. The school must ensure all course material remains on-site and that the departing teacher does not take any copies with them. The new teacher is welcome to contact us for guidance.

What if we want to start halfway through the year?
You can purchase a licence and start teaching at any time. The licence is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Why do we need to destroy our course material when it expires?
The annual fee covers a site license to use the curriculum on the school’s premises for that specific year. Deleting and destroying materials upon expiration ensures fairness to active users and complies with the Site Licence Agreement.

What happens if I don’t renew my licence?
Your license is terminated, your account will be closed, and you will no longer have access to download files. Furthermore, under the SSLA, you are required to delete all copies of the Curriculum from all computers and destroy any printed Curriculum Course Material.

Must I get a license every year?
Yes, to keep your account current, there is an annual license fee.
