Fundamentals
The Fundamental course is aimed at learners who are entirely new to computers. The examples and exercises can be used by educators in schools as well as in an office environment or at home. This course includes Basics of computers, mouse skills, keyboard skills, basic window skills, and introduction to typing. It is a practical, hands-on course, covering 5 Chapters. Candidates are required to complete all the Exercises and the Final Assessment set out in the Fundamentals manual.
Accreditation is under the MICT SETA authority, Unit Standard 258883 on level 1.
