Every year ±R6Billion is allocated to the National Skills Fund for companies to contain their operation costs through strategic skills development. Because companies do not utilize these funds it is returned to the National Treasury each year. This presentation introduces companies to the means for them to access these funds through their existing skills development compliance framework.
The presentation will be facilitated by Flick Asvat, an internationally acclaimed social entrepreneur and strategist.
Since 2000 Flick has consistently gained national and international recognition and awards for her integrated strategies to accelerate economic equity. Her unique approach was published in People Dynamics, The Government Digest, Boardroom, Landscape and Progress Magazine.
In 2004 she wrote and published, ‘Let us do this thing’, a step-by-step guide on how to speed up B-BBEE. She now helps companies accelerate their compliance and create shareholder value from B-BBEE incentives. more…
