EqualSkills
Nowadays computers and the Internet are a big part of everyday life. This is a trend that is set to continue
as computers are definitely here to stay. Anyone who doesn’t get involved is missing out on a valuable resource and will
eventually get left behind. But this needn’t be the case. Like everything in life, computers and the Internet are actually
very simple to use when you know how.
What is EqualSkills?
EqualSkills is a fun, informal and simple introduction to computers and the Internet for complete beginners.
Who is EqualSkills aimed at?
EqualSkills is specifically designed for those with no experience whatsoever of computers. The programme
is an enjoyable ice-breaker for those fearful of, or left
behind by, technology.
The aim of EqualSkills is to introduce complete beginners to computers and Internet usage. It is intended to build
confidence and remove Candidates’ inhibitions around computer use. EqualSkills is open to everyone regardless
of status, education, age, ability or understanding.
What areas does the EqualSkills
