ICDL Exam Booking procedure
On the day of the exam
- Book a week in advance, you can call the office at this number: +27 34 326 4624
- Or send us an email with your details at info@cs4a.co.za
- Please provide the following details when making a booking:
- Name and surname.
- Log book number.
- The modules you would like to write.
- Your contact details.
- If it is your first time writing with us, we need a copy of your ID book and a copy of the first page of your log book.
- On the day of the exam, collect your logbook and make payment at the front desk. Sibu, George or John can help you.
- Wait until someone tells you to join the queue.
- The test supervisor will call everyone in one by one: Greta, Raoul or Hannelie. Please be patient with us until it is your turn to go into the exam venue.
- Keep your Skills Log Book, receipt and your ID ready to show to the test supervisor.
- The test supervisor will ask you to sign the exam register, confirm which modules you are writing and allocate a computer to you.
- Once you have completed your test and your mark is displayed on the screen, please raise your hand so that the test supervisor is aware and can give you further guidelines.
- Please go to the front desk to pick up your result if you were writing CBT.
- If you wrote a manual exam, please make sure that we have your cell phone number so we can contact you once the exam has been marked.
