Mthokozisi Sithole joined the CS4A team in June 2010 and has become an invaluable member. We asked him to write about his experiences. This is his response:
Computers are part of our everyday life they are found in almost every field of work, they make life much easier and do things that would consume a lot of time, in a short period of time.
The age of the Personal Computer

Get up! Smell the fresh air… have a cup of coffee, brush your teeth, have a shower, time to start your day… But how in an excited and advanced electronic age we live in?
Get computer literate!
The word “computer” is often heard in today’s dependant society and world.

Freedom to Grow
The company employs people and together with Raoul, I own the company, but that does not make me their boss.
It does make me feel responsible and proud and anxious and elated and desperate and the whole range of emotions in between. What I want to feel more than anything else is free. I want to feel free to enjoy what I do and I want each and every person in the company to enjoy what they do.
With respect for Carl R. Rogers, psychologist, who wrote Freedom to Learn published in 1969, here are my 10 (!) points to freedom to grow:
