In today’s ever changing world if you don’t know how to use a computer you are at a big disadvantage. Computers are used for many tasks which up to a few years back were done by human hands only. Computers can be used to write a neat letter or to calculate a math problem in a few seconds. Using a computer however is not enough. You need to learn how to use a computer properly.

Pastel Accounting is a qualification that is well recognized in the business world. All you need is a small amount of a financial background and a bit of PC knowledge and you qualify for a qualification in Pastel. We offer two courses which both follow SAQA unit standards.
What is GCP?

GCP stands for General Computer Practice. This is course is ideal for you if you have some computer knowledge, or basic computer knowledge, and would like to learn a bit more. This course contains 7 different sections.
You will learn about basic computer operations, for example how to use the keyboard and mouse, how to manage files, cut copying and pasting files.
Paint Competition

IETS / CS4A held a competition last year with most of the schools in Newcastle. The competition was aimed at children between Grade 6 and 7 and they had to use a PC to design a graphical ‘gizmo’ using a PC.
